GENERAL BOOKING TERMS

Booking & Payment

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on arrival, before departure, and may be paid in cash.

The Private Trip + Premium Picnic Basket service must be booked at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows and guest cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure.

Rescheduling

Guests may reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.
Changes requested within 48 hours of departure may not be accommodated unless approved by Just’ Chillin’ Watersports and subject to availability.
Weather- or safety-related changes initiated by Just’ Chillin’ Watersports may be rescheduled without penalty.

Weather & Sea Conditions

All trips are subject to suitable weather and sea conditions.
For safety, the captain may adjust the itinerary, route, activities or timing, or may postpone, reschedule or cancel a trip due to weather, sea conditions or other operational or safety concerns.
If Just’ Chillin’ Watersports cancels because conditions are unsafe, guests will be offered an alternative date or a refund of the applicable amount paid.

Watersports & Safety

Watersports, swimming and snorkelling are subject to sea conditions, available time, guest ability and suitability, equipment availability and the captain’s safety assessment.
Activities may be changed, postponed or omitted where necessary for safety.
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew before departure and while aboard or participating in activities.

Children & Non-Swimmers

Children and guests who are not confident swimmers should be identified during booking and must follow the captain and crew’s safety instructions.
Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising children in their group.

Passenger Conduct

Guests must behave responsibly and follow the instructions of the captain and crew. Unsafe, abusive or disruptive behaviour that could endanger guests, crew or the vessel may result in an activity or trip being stopped.

Guest Information

Guests should disclose relevant swimming concerns, mobility considerations, allergies, dietary requirements, or other information that may help us appropriately prepare for the experience.

Captain’s Authority

Safety comes before the itinerary.
The captain’s decision regarding weather, sea conditions, routing, activities and operational safety on the day is final where safety is concerned.
